There has been a lot of sad and a lot of ugly in many places and for many people today, myself included. I needed some pretty. Music is how I cope.
I can’t tell you how many hours of the 80s were consumed by me with my head in my headphones or in my room with the stereo on or watching MTV back when the M really meant music. I remember the day I can home from school to find that we finally had cable television and the first channel I turned to was MTV and the first video I saw was The Psychedelic Furs, although it was Love My Way not this one, but yeah, music has always been there for me.
